Reward For Waldo Canyon Fire

$100,000 Reward From CSPD

Waldo Canyon Fire Reward
September 21, 2012
Offered By The Colorado Springs Police Department

The Colorado Springs Police Department is asking for your help to identify the person or persons who caused the Waldo Canyon Fire.  An anonymous donor has provided the CSPD with a $100,000 reward to be awarded to those callers who provide information leading to the arrest of the arsonist(s) if the fire is determined to have been intentionally set. The portion of the $100,000 reward that is awarded will be determined based on the charges filed and the tips received.

To be eligible to receive a portion of the reward, you must call 719-385-2222. You must leave your name and contact phone number. You will then be contacted by a detective who will gather your information. Please note that in order to be eligible to receive a portion of this reward you will NOT be providing information anonymously!

If you would prefer to remain anonymous, please call Pikes Peak Area Crime Stoppers at 719-634-7867 and provide us with your tip information. You will be eligible for a $5,000 reward thru Crime Stoppers but will NOT be eligible for any portion of the $100,000 reward that is being managed thru the CSPD.

All of the tips will be processed by the same department. Please do not provide the same tip information to both numbers. It may result in a duplication of effort by our police department at a time when they are already working above and beyond.
No representation is made that the persons listed here have current, outstanding warrants. All names presented on this site were gathered at a prior date.
