TODAY’S CRIME STOPPER TIP

We can all help stop crime by taking a few simple steps to make it hard for criminals to commit crimes against us.  Here are TODAY’S TIPS.

NEVER leave anything valuable in your car that is in plain view.  Hide valuables under the seat or in the trunk.

ALWAYS lock your car and take your key.  An unlocked car is an invitation for theft.

NEVER leave documents in your glove box that show your name and address.  Ask your insurer for a certificate WITHOUT your address showing. If possible after dark, park your car under or near a light.

REMEMBER:  If you have information about a crime or a wanted person, you can share that with Crime Stoppers at  719-634-STOP (7867) and remain anonymous.  You may qualify for a reward.
