November 05, 2008 Identity Theft : The victim's purse was taken from her vehicle, and that same day her MasterCard was used at a local convenience store by the suspect in these pictures. October 23, 2008 Identity Theft : The following suspect used a stolen credit card at 7-11 and Wal-mart. The suspect was seen driving a very distinctive, newer model pickup truck (possibly a 1/2 ton Chevy), white on both sides but dark (possibly black) on the hood, roof and tail gate. September 25, 2008 Assault : CSPD officers were dispatched to the Waffle House located on the corner of Powers and Galley for an assault in progress. September 25, 2008 Theft : A vehicle was broken into in the area of Flintridge Drive and Sonata Drive. The suspect took the victim's wallet and credit cards; the cards were then used at several 7-11 stores around town. July 19, 2008 Theft : The pictured suspects came through Colorado Springs in the early morning hours of July 19, 2008 and visited at least 13 different 7-Eleven stores. At each store they fraudulently purchased numerous gift cards totaling approximately $11,772. They were driving a light colored SUV, possibly a Nissan Murano. Suspect one is a black male possibly in his mid 20's, 6-01, 210 lbs., wearing blue jeans, a white T-shirt, and a red baseball cap. The second suspect is a black male in his mid 30's, 5-10, 160 lbs. wearing a blue checkered button down shirt. The suspect in the white T-shirt presented a fake ID card in the name of Floyd Weber. May 17, 2008 Kidnapping : This unidentified suspect entered the victim's vehicle while the victim waited in line at the Taco Bell located in the 2800 block of South Academy Boulevard. The suspect told the victim he was armed with a gun and told the victim to drive to the mountains where the victim was assaulted. The suspect is described as a medium- to dark-complected black male in his late 20's, approximately 5'9"-5'10" inches tall, weighing approximately 200 pounds with a stocky build. He is further described as having a clear, clean cut appearance. April 30, 2008 Theft : During the late night of 04-30-08 unknown suspects entered an open garage at an address on Bradford Heights Drive in Colorado Springs and stole property from a vehicle. On the morning of 05-01-08 a male suspect, wearing a tan wide brim hat, blue jean type jacket, brown pants and white shoes, used the victim's stolen credit card to make purchases at the Home Depot Stores at 7166 N. April 19, 2008 Aggravated Motor Vehicle Theft : Two Hispanic males were contacted in a suspicious vehicle. The two gave fictitious identity information, neither having identification. The vehicle initially came up clear when checked, but was seized when the out of state owner could not be contacted. Photographs of the subjects were taken at the scene before they were released, and it was later discovered that the vehicle had been stolen the previous night. Evidence of a business burglary and a criminal trespass auto were also discovered in the van. November 22, 2005 Homicide: Thomas Kinslow, age 20, was fatally shot on Tuesday, November 22nd at approximately 1:45 am outside his residence in the 3900 block of Constitution Avenue, just east of Academy Boulevard.
